Three of the five bedrooms are located on the second floor and the other two on the first floor (basement level) and are fully stocked with fresh linens, extra blankets, and pillows — no need to pack any!

There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 standalone shower — each stocked with the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels.

• Stand alone stall shower in the sauna/hot tub area

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain — appliances, cookware, utensils, and a full coffee bar. The dining area seats 8 at a beautiful retro mid-century modern table, with additional seating available for your full group.

Step outside to a beautiful Pocono mountain oasis. The large front deck with a gas grill, a cozy fire pit with some wood provided are perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Large driveway with plenty of parking.

☆☆ HEATING AND COOLING ☆☆

The home is heated by radiant heating floorboards as well as common area mini split units. Each room can be controlled separately for a comfortable experience for everyone. For summer stays, please note that bedrooms are not cooled by AC units. The common areas are air-conditioned by mini split units.

This home is located in the beautiful and amenity-filled Locust Lake Village. Just a short 5 minute drive from the house!

Amenity wristbands for 8 guests are included with your stay!

Good to know: Community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability can occasionally change. We'll always let you know of any updates we're aware of, but we cannot guarantee amenity access and are unable to offer refunds or adjustments if the pool or lake is unexpectedly unavailable during your stay.

You have full access to the entire house!

The shed at the side of the property is not for guest use.

Whether you're spending summer days on the beach, cozy winter weekends near the slopes, or simply soaking in the quiet wooded surroundings, Locust Lake Village delivers that classic Pocono escape guests love coming back to.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee.

-information for all vehicles coming into the community

Please complete this promptly after booking so your access to the community is ready when you arrive. Guests who are not registered will not be granted community access, so we want to make sure everything is set up smoothly for you in advance.
