Meet Matt and Colleen

Hurford Place Hospitality was founded by Colleen and Matt Coale, whose combined experience spans military service, emergency medicine, education, and real estate. Matt's background as a Marine Corps Veteran and ER nurse brings discipline and compassionate care to every detail. Colleen's work as a teacher and Realtor shaped her understanding of what people need to feel at home. Together, they've built a company rooted in genuine service, not just managing properties, but creating stays that matter.

Colleen & Matt were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved fishing at the lake, playing pickle ball, spending time at the beach, and ending our days around the fire pit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this property!”
