Please note- For air conditioning, there are 2 floor unit air conditioners. One is located in the second floor (living room/kitchen) the other is located on the third floor near the bedrooms. This is not central air and the bedrooms are not individually cooled.

Big Bass Lake offers many great amenities that include the two lake beaches, outdoor
pool, splash pad, clubhouse, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, indoor pool (fall,
winter and Spring) and fitness center, etc.

Amenity use passes may be purchased, as
desired, at the clubhouse (by the outdoor pool) or the Big Bass office. Prices are as
follows for guests age 7+; Daily pass $8 for weekday and $10 for weekend. Weekly
passes are available at a discount.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This extremely spacious getaway accommodates 9 guests in 3 bedrooms The master bedroom is on the third floor of the home and is fitted with a King-size bed. The kids' room as also on the third floor and is fitted with a set of bunk beds-1 twin and 1 full.

The second floor has 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed with direct access to the screened in porch.

There are linens, extra blankets, and extra pillows so you don’t have to bring a thing with you to have a super comfortable night’s sleep!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are three full bathrooms, each of them stocked with the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The first and second floors have a bathroom with a stall shower. The third floor has full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each bathroom. There are also plenty of towels so you don't have to pack any!

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 6 guests at the formal dining table and there is additional seating available at the kitchen breakfast bar for 4 more.

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with our fully-stocked coffee bar.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home is huge and is perfect for larger groups to come and have enough space to spread out. It boasts a cozy fire pit and hammock with plenty of space for you to relax around. Game on in the great outdoors! Your backyard retreat comes with lots of outdoor games for non-stop fun.

There is a screened-in porch so you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather. There's outdoor seating on couches and chairs for a cozy stay.

Use the grill and make great memories hanging out at the house.

Good to know: Community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability can occasionally change. We'll always let you know of any updates we're aware of, but we cannot guarantee amenity access and are unable to offer refunds or adjustments if the pool or lake is unexpectedly unavailable during your stay.

This home is located in a community with full-time residents. We aim to be respectful neighbors and kindly ask that you do the same. Quiet hours will be strictly observed and enforced.

You have full access to the entire home.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you! I am only a phone call or message away. You will have self-check in upon arrival.

This home is located within the Big Bass Lake community. With your reservation, you will have access to all the amenities offered during that season (weather permitting).

The house is located about 900 feet from the beach and is an easy walk down the road.

Big Bass Lake is a gated community and registration is required for all guests. Upon booking we will ask for:
-all guests' first and last names
-your home address
-your email address
Guests must provide registration information 24 hours prior to booking or your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
-A $50 expedited registration fee will be charged after booking for reservations made less than 3 days before your stay.

Please mind the speed limit of 25 mph while moving around the community.

Upon booking you will be asked for the following registration information:
-full names of all guests
-your email
-your home address
-your email address

Please complete this promptly after booking so your access to the community is ready when you arrive. Guests who are not registered will not be granted community access, so we want to make sure everything is set up smoothly for you in advance.
