☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This extremely spacious getaway accommodates 12 guests in 5 bedrooms The master bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a King-size bed.

The secondary floor has 3 bedrooms- 2 queen size, 1 set of bunks with a twin and full bed, and a full sized futon.

The bottom floor has the house's last bedroom with a queen sized bed.

There are linens, extra blankets, and extra pillows so you don’t have to bring a thing with you to have a super comfortable night’s sleep!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are three full bathrooms, each of them stocked with the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The primary bathroom contains a stall shower and massive bath tub for relaxing. The second floor has a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The bottom floor has a stall shower only.

We provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each bathroom. There are also plenty of towels so you don't have to pack any!

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 8 guests at the formal dining table and there is additional seating available in the kitchen for 4 more. We even have a high chair for our smallest guests to use!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home is huge and is perfect for larger groups to come and have enough space to spread out. It boasts a cozy fire pit with plenty of space for you to relax around. There are 2 disc golf holes, a hammock, private hot tub, and tons of outdoor games.

There is a screened-in porch so you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather. There's outdoor seating on couches and chairs and a propane fire pit.

An outdoor sauna lets you enjoy the beauty of the Poconos in comfort. Use the grill and make great memories hanging out at the house.

You will also have full access to the Penn Estates amenities including lake and pool! Amenity passes are provided as part of your stay.

Good to know: Community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability can occasionally change. We'll always let you know of any updates we're aware of, but we cannot guarantee amenity access and are unable to offer refunds or adjustments if the pool or lake is unexpectedly unavailable during your stay.

This home is located in a community with full-time residents. We aim to be respectful neighbors and kindly ask that you do the same. Quiet hours will be strictly observed and enforced.

You have access to the entire house. The garage is locked and not available to guests.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone-call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee.

-vehicle make/model/license plate for all coming into the community

Please complete this promptly after booking so your access to the community is ready when you arrive. Guests who are not registered will not be granted community access, so we want to make sure everything is set up smoothly for you in advance.
